The Air Comfort Deluxe Bed V2 - Maxi is designed to help prevent pressure ulcers that can result from prolonged sitting. It utilizes a series of air-filled cushions to reduce pressure points on the user. This device is intended for use by elderly or infirm individuals in a healthcare environment such as a hospital or aged care facility, with the assistance of a caregiver or attendant.
The Airgonomic Seating System, which is patented, employs four air cells to provide the user with cushioning and immersion. The chair also features an electrically adjustable back recline, seat tilt, and raising legrest, as well as drop-away and adjustable armrests and back wings. Additionally, the chair is constructed using VersoTela Fusion material, which is specifically designed to provide pressure care and support sensitive skin. The chair is equipped with large castors, making it easy to move, and it has a one-directional lock castor to assist with straight-line tracking.
