Ideally suited wheelchair users, the Nexus® SPIRIT Cushion combines the stability of a contoured foam base with the therapeutic care of DRY FLOATATION technology from ROHO.This cushion offers an adjustable, low friction and low shear surface for maximum pressure protection.

The inbuilt DRY FLOATATION support pad protects the lower back and buttock area. Positioned to address critical pressure points, the support pad is made of soft, flexible interconnected air cells designed to conform to body shape and self-adjust with every movement, enhancing blood flow and supporting posture. The low surface tension allows you to immerse into the cushion without damage to the fragile skin, minimising the risk of skin breakdown.

For wheelchair users, the contoured foam base provides increased stability, especially useful when transferring on and off the cushion. It also supports good posture and positioning of the pelvis.

The Nexus includes a fully enclosed, moisture resistant, two way stretch Universal cover. The cover is lightweight and easy to fit, adding comfort and making cleaning effortless.

Available in a range of sizes to suit different sized chairs match the dimensions of the cushion to the dimensions of your chair for correct fit.The cushion measures 100 mm high and can be used by people of any weight (when correctly matched to user size).
