We will have contracts for sales, rental and service into Hospitals across NSW, Vic, Qld, SA, Tas. Novis will manage a minimum of 10 state-based and National aged care arrangements. We will have a support team in each location with committed and supportive partners elsewhere to facilitate sales, deliveries, pick up, service and cleaning. Novis will have a complete range of products covering all aspects of our market. These products will be the world’s best in terms of technology, functionality, performance and reliability. We will offer a comprehensive, functional and user-friendly asset tracking system for use not only across our products but competitors’ products as well. Novis will be recognized within the industry, among our customers, our peers and competitors as being THE benchmark – for products, customer experience, educational and overall service and support. We will provide comprehensive reports on-line to each of our customers on usage, purchases, rentals to enable them to easily track and manage their costs and cost centre allocation.
