Hi All We all seem to have forgotten or have not been given instructions on parking around our office and this is causing some issues with access to our building as well as complaints from other tenants in the business park. In addition the tenants for units 9 & 10 are also in the process of moving into their space and need access to their parking spaces. As it stands we have 18 parking spaces: 6 spaces out front, 10 spaces on top of Units 1-3 and 2 spaces underneath Unit 20. With all of this we are not to double park out the front of the building and need to revert to an allocation of parking spaces as follows: The parking numbers shown relate to the numbers on the attached plan – circled in Blue Click image to view large pdf version of this map Front of our Building Visitor Visitor Skye/Visitor Dilara Hye-Rin Justin Rooftop: Craig D Wayde Wayde Joel Salina Jai Spare Spare Spare Spare Under Unit 20: Sam S Richard Delivery/Service vans are to park in front of the warehouse doors All sales staff are to park in one of the Spare space – not visitor spots. The only exception to this is if they are in fact delivering a visitor for an appointment or if they are in the office for less than 1 hour – any longer please use the spare spaces on top of Units 1-3 Casual warehouse staff are also to park in the spare spaces – Justin can you please communicate this – the only exception is if they are loading/unloading or have a black delivery van If I have missed anyone who needs a parking space or If anyone has any questions or cannot locate the parking spaces please let Greg know.
