To present Novis in a professional and uniform voice, we use a signature app called Exclaimer to automatically apply the signature WHEN YOU HIT SEND. (You don't see your signature in your email. To view, send yourself a test email) We need your support and effort to stay UNIFORM with standardised signatures as shown below. Thanks!WHAT DOES MY SIGNATURE LOOKS LIKE?Depending on which email group you belongs to, and who you are emailing, your email will look like one of the following (or similar): If you email a Regis Recipient If you belong to the Aged Care / Hospital sales group If you send from accounts@novis email If you send from trials@novis email If you send from group email address like novis@novis, info@novis, rentals@novis Here is how it works: Our IT will set up your name, email, position, mobile etc in a database in the email server Marketing takes care of the look of it, and which look (signature) applies to which group When it comes to group email address eg rentals@novis, there isn’t a name set in the database. Often it looks like this. So the team member who sends that email needs to add their name in. This can be done with outlook signature, the result will look like below: Below is the signature app signature If you email an internal member If you / your email doesn't match any of the above conditions (ie most of us) NOTES: If you need help, ask IT Support please 😊 No deviation from the signature design below please. If you have any other items to include in the signature, such as events we participate, please send over to Marketing for approval before applying. Please factor in at least 2 weeks lead time before you want new artwork to go live, so if we need to apply this company-wide, we have time for everyone to refresh their signature. Mobile signature is the same as the desktop version(Make sure you remove any generic signature from your mobile email app) Signature is not auto-attached when you send calendar item. Do add your signature manually! This signature is only applied to novis.com.au emails. Any others such as assistancehealthcare.com.au will not have auto-signature added. This signature applies to “email groups” as well, such as orders@novis.com.au. If you email from these group email addresses, there is no default contact name added. Please test send yourself an email to see how your signature looks, and check if any details need correction and email them to Girlie and me please.
