Hi Everyone, Recapping on the AGED CARE STRATEGY /Document purpose. I realize we have worked up different versions of this file. Radley and I have now updated some of this data, and will continue to hence why we share it via google drive so you can all updated some of the blanks. This is a shared file so you all have access online to the same file to prevent duplication. Please note if you download the file into excel, any changes you make won’t be reflected in the online version. And if anyone else does the same and upload it this will not merge the info. Please do your edits in this google sheet:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RTJ3jxlpqttOWEsu0Ny4datVz41iX2il/view?usp=sharing Please be aware the strategy for BUPA is the same for all states. The Novis Aged Care Strategy is: Identify - Small groups in your state with 3 – 5 sites as an example – whereby you may get some local traction. These accounts may or may not be in SAP and hence allocated to your territory – so please check the address in the CRM to see if they are there already. I expect you would all know how many aged care sites you have in your territory from this list of prospects. Any independent ac care providers – go for it! Large Nationals : EG OPAL, Estia, Allity etc – we have agreed as a team on our strategy for those and this is in the file like. Many of these have current providers such as Aidacare and we will need to collectively chip away toward a conversion hence why Radley and I are working on them to take the lead- unless any of you have really strong working current relationships whereby we can leverage our efforts-please raise with Radley or I first. State Groups – re nationals – note e.g. Blue Cross in Vic – are a do not call at the moment, Blue Care – Karen and Paula working up their plans. Uniting Care – each state has their own arrangements in place. Should there be no comment for a site/group and the postcode is in your territory – Go for it!! Team, our intention is to provide you with the simplest clearest overview of potential aged care providers to help you gain access and sales. Radley or I will also send you your SAP customer lists with all the recent territory changes. This should give you all the last picture of your patches. We will also give you an update on some tools in the CRM which may help too. Please keep a lookout in the coming days. Warm Regards, Jennifer Green National Sales Manager
