Request a Service
Step 1 - Locate the rental you want serviced under Active Rentals and click the orange button under the Open Job column.
Step 2 - Click the beige Request Service button on the corresponding product that needs servicing.
Step 3 - Read through troubleshooting steps.
Click on the blue “No, I Still Need A Technician” button if you want to proceed with service call.
Step 4 - On the lower left, fill up the Rental Service Request form.
Step 5 - Click on the green Confirmation button to confirm the service request.
Step 6 - The Request Service icon changes to “Service Call Booked” when confirmed.
